As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Dr. Brown is an excellent chiropractor. I have gone to him many times for different ailments. His treatments are thorough and effective. He doesn't try to keep you coming back repeatedly like some other do. He is the best!
