Excellent experience. Knew more than five other dermatologists in Bexar County. Very friendly and took her time explaining everything. Very easy to get appointment scheduled. Didn't get a chance to open a magazine in the waiting room. Didn't try to charge me when I missed an appointment. Didn't try to make me fill out a bunch of paperwork just because it was a new year. Highly recommended!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
