I was disappointed in the care that this office provided both during the visit as well as post op. The woman who handled billing/ insurance acted condescending & annoyed when collaborating w/ my insurance company on billing for the surgery, The appointment was made 3 weeks in advance which was more than enough time for the office to settle billing but instead my daughters surgery was held up for an hour while my husband, my self AND our insurance agent tried to explain & walk her through the billing steps!! Also after 2 calls to the office w/ questions post op about my daughters pain meds, recovery etc no one has returned my call!
This is very disappointing as I chose a smaller practice thinking it would be a more personal experience than a larger one, but that's not been the case. It's my experience that a larger practice such as the one my son visited are more equipped to provide the level of support & service most consumers prefer.
