Dharma Yoga is classical Hatha Raja Yoga in the lineage of Master Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra who lives and teaches daily in NYC. Our instructors are certified through his school in NYC.All classes include asanas (postures), deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Class sizes are generally small (4-10 people), thus allowing the most excellent personal instruction available in the Mid-Missouri area. Retreats, Asana Clinics, special events and specialized workshops occur frequently and are posted on the website.
