Education Annie earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. Prior to working at Rebecca Bitzer, MS, RD & Associates, she was the dietitian for a Community Health Center near Oklahoma City, supervising a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic and providing individual and group nutrition counseling for a wide range of health concerns. In that position, one of her roles was coordinating and teaching diabetes education classes. She also has a Certificate of Training in adult weight management through the American Dietetic Association. Annie's counseling interests include diabetes, weight management, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), cardiovascular nutrition, gastrointestinal disorders (Celiac, Irritable Bowel, reflux, etc.), and prenatal health, and her goal in counseling is finding practical ways to integrate nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle.
