A Far Infra-Red Sauna is also available to ease arthritis, rheumatism and muscle pain. This sauna has many other benefits such as detoxing chemicals and heavy metals, weight loss, aid in skin healing from psoriasis and eczema, lowers blood pressure, aids in cellulite reduction, etc.
Time Out Wellness Center has 2 individual treatment rooms, a sauna room and a couples suite. We can accomodate parties and provide our efficiency kitchen facilities and serviceware for groups. So if you want to bring one friend for treatments in our couples suite or 10 friends to spend the day, we can work with you.
We are a chemical free facility and have built our facility to minimize emf's. We are wheel chair accessible.
