Office in Tomball is tucked away and there are two doors. You want the second door (the one furthest from the front of the building).
I give her three stars, because I came in for my initial appointment and told her what my previous diagnosis was. She said I was too young to have that and that we would see based on the tests. I went back the next week to follow up on the test results. Sure enough I had what I said I had. No apology. So that is why I give the three stars.

I was extremely pleased with Dr Rama Palwai. However I changed insurance companies and she didn't take the insurance that I had at that time. I have my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance started back now and would love to see her again,
