I work for a doctor a couple of hours away. My boss had me call to relay an invitation to Dr. Nelson.

The receptionist who answered the phone was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my 40 years. She not only was rude, she answered for her boss, without bothering to pass on the invitation that was not for her. And when I asked for her name, so that I could relay to my boss that I spoke with someone in their office and who that person was who gave me that answer, she refused to say her name and hung up the phone.

Dr. Nelson could be the most phenomenal chiropractor in the world, but if his patients have to deal with an employee as unprofessional as that, in order to get to him, there is a huge problem.

Dr. Dean is an absolute expert in the field. I feel 1000% better everytime I have an appointment. He makes an extra effort to communicate with patients, and he even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. He definitely cares about their patients. His primary concern is my safety and comfort, and he always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, he is always on time!
