They are by far the most polite, courteous yoga teacher I've ever met in the entire time that I've been doing yoga. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
