I'm so glad I found this dentist! For once I was very comfortable at this dental office. Dr Nguyen is the most gentle dentist I've EVER had. He showed me xrays and pictures on a nice screen and after discussing my best treatment options I was done in no time. The numbing didn't even hurt...amazing. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I thought the staff was wonderful; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The front office staff was wonderful about helping me maximize how they'd use my insurance. I couldn't have been more informed or satisfied.
