Accept Wellcare, Pinnacle and Summit managed through Magellan. I focus on building relationships with my patients and, therefore, I do not accept other insurance plans that offer to pay me me so little that I would have to rush you in and out to see enough people to make a living. Hence I charge $150 for a new patient appointment and $125 for a 20 minute followup appointment. I can provide a bill you may submit to be reimbursed for out of network benefits. I offer discounts for Medicare pts.

I felt safe under their care. I didn't doubt their motives at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
