Dr. Roberta "Robbie" Maller Hartman is the owner and founder of Centered Coaching. She is a clinical psychologist and an internationally certified coach. She has over 20 years of expertise in health and wellness coaching focusing on life balance, transitions, stress management, mindfulness meditation training, emotional eating and weight loss.
Dr. Robbie has worked both personally and professionally with renowned author Geneen Roth for more than a decade and has successfully helped many emotional eaters to break free of old habits and get healthy. She coaches individuals in person and by phone and leads mindfulness and emotional eating awareness groups in the Chicago area and nationally by teleconference.
