Have not been to this office. This review regards the poor service from the Audiology Practice at this Office. My friend from another country had a problem with her hearing instrument that is under warranty. Because she purchased it in another country, even though it had an international warranty, they refused to even send it back to the company for repair. I offered to pay an office visit however I was told that it was not purchased there and they would not take care of it. So much for customer service. Would not recommend this location for the purchase of a hearing instrument. Called and complained to the hearing aid manufacturer --Unitron. The lady in customer service was extremely nice and had another local provider take care of me.

Excellent specialty care. We have known Dr. Abram for a few years and have always been happy with him and his staff. Everyone body is friendly and professional.
