I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. He's been able to help me quite a bit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. He always returns my phone calls in a timely matter based on the severity of my need.. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. He doesn't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. How could he do that while treating addicts? He is willing to discuss the issue until we reach a satisfactory conclusion. He paid very close attention to me the entire time I was there and all of my questions were answered.
He is funny which is great attribute - I never fall asleep in his office. His enthusiasm is catching.
