They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
