They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
