As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Their office was extremely dirty, everything is cheap and unorganized. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. I feel they're not trustworthy at all and care more about the money. They seem as they aren't team players. They are rude to eachother. There is definitely no control what so ever. I DO NOT recommend at all.
