Their staff was friendly enough, but everyone was afraid of their jobs. I was seen in a timely manner. I do not feel the doctor took enough time to understand my case fully and was quick at rushing into surgery without searching other options to accomadate my other health concerns. I also do not like being pushed into more x-rays at their privately owned lab at each visit, costing my more money and the thought that they are uncertain of where my pain is coming from. I had difficulty getting a copy of the reports from the testings. I did not feel I was listened to or my concerns were addressed. The doctor had a nice bedside manner and gave me statistics instead of focusing on my personal health plan due to other health concerns. It turns out that his "medical expertise" is not in my best interest according to my other health professionals. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway.
