They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
