I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
