I entered this office in Dec. 2011 a very broken soul. The office itself is clean and well organized. My only sibling had just been arrested for sexually assaulting the child who is the Granddaughter of my heart. On Thursday when I spoke to Donna, she cancelled her plans to be closed the next afternoon to see me. My brother and I had been extremely close all our lives and it was difficult to let go of him. Donna provided options and explanations in a professional but very concerned way. I am now functional at least 90% of how I was. I'm a strong woman who has overcome several very hard knocks as a child. Donna also torn the scabs off those and we revisited them and I now realize just how strong I am. She gave me back my life and peace. My life will never be what it was but she also taught me skills to build a new life and coping skills which will always be with me. Was this past year easy? No, but Donna is VERY good at what she does and has had a lot of experience in her occupation. She has a Master Degree. so she's well educated also. I would send any member of my family to her, in fact, my husband wanted her also but our insurance wouldn't allow it. Donna is GREAT!!!! I really believe the person who wrote that very negative review has this Donna Swope mixed up with someone else. If life hands you lemons, go to Donna and together the two of you will make lemonade, or at least take the tartness out of the lemons.

Was the worst ever, Rather be interested the was I was religiously raised, not the sexual assult. She charged over later what i found out on was to much. She encourage me to lie to my husband and smoke to relax me. Only after a few sessions she tried to label me well pretty much asked me what I felt I was suffering from! DA I was atttacked at my job and needed help big time. I forgot my purse at work, therefore my co-pay was in the purse, Instead of me paying the next session she redused to see me.
PLEASE DONT SEE HER!!! SHE IS REALLY BAD AND COULD DO HARM IN SEEKING TREATMENT!!!
