One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
