I been taking my daughter there for a long time and I was seeing DR. NEEZER but he left the office now my daughter is seeing DR. WEISS my daughter ran out of her med and it needed a prior auth and for one month I called and got no where and us scripts faxed papers to them for the DR.WEISS and nothing I cant get a auth from this place I called and the front desk tells me they did not get anything from them. so u.s scripts called on phone and no one pick up it went to ans service and then they say there closed till tomorrow so I went there and they are open I talked to the girl at desk and told her the phone is not working she said they are working and got smart with me she told me to have a seat and I sat for 20 min and she did not even know I was there.so I got up and asked her if they are helping me to get my daughter meds she needs them very bad she is cutting herself because she has not been taking her abilify she meds the dr. to approve it she said she will page him and he will call I should stay by my phone. well no page from DR.WEISS. I still did not get her meds she had a appointment on march 5 but they called and canceled it for APRIL.so I sad I need to see or talk to the DR and I get nothing.im trying to change her DR.im looking for another place. my older daughter gave me some of her abilify till I can get her own this place is not a good place the .DR WEISS is not a good DR so I need to go else where.
