They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
