DO NOT GO HERE. This planned parenthood clinic is not very good. All of the recepionists are nice but the actual doctor is horrible. She is quite mean and nasty. All of the women who work here are clearly feminists, and in my eyes that is wrong. They treated my boyfriend like crap and were nasty to him everytime he asked a question. I also really wanted him to be in the room with me during the exam but they kept telling me they wouldn't allow it. I ended up not even having the exam and i just walked out because of how uncomfortable the doctor and staff at this clinic made me feel.
It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
