I also would leave 0 stars... Very unprofessional. Wont deal with insurance. Asks for credit card or cash up front. She does not care for her clients. All about the $$. I also waited 20 minutes past my appt. She also does not return calls. I left 8 messages over the course of 2 months. No response to date. Save your time and money. This therapist makes you feel revictimized

If I could put 0 stars I would. I have insurance that I know pays if coded right and I was told under NO circumstances would she treat me without leaving credit card info..."It isn't that I don't trust you" Well unfortunately I don't trust her security of my credit info nor do I trust that I won't be prematurely billed...Aside from that, she clearly isn't very interested in your circumstances and to why you are there to begin with. Our first apt. started out on a bad foot with her texting me that she moved the apt to 15 min later and no request made as to if I ok with this. Very impersonal for a first apt. When I was standing out in the hall waiting as I was locked out she explained that her morning had been hectic. I was not there to listen to her problems I thought I was there to get some help for mine. Within the first few minutes I decided it was time for me to leave and find another therapist who seemed more personal and concerned not running ragged and harried. I felt like she didn't like this and it was awkward, I felt as if I had to make her feel better about my decision. Upon walking out she says "good luck" I really didn't think I'd been rude I was just uncomfortable leaving my credit card info with her...I didn't mean to waste her time.
