I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood although it is out in Gates County which means it can be conveniently located only for locals. :) I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was easy enough to find and I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much, much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff in this office are great!
