They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
