Not all therapists are the same and sometimes it may be just a matter of the right "fit", but I had seen several therapists and while it's nice to talk, didn't feel it was helping in a significant way. Mary is the best and was helpful, strong, caring and slowly helped me gain my strength back and clarity of mind. She did not accept insurance at the time I visited her, but I couldn't put a price on gaining myself back and the ability to cope with life.
