This place is something else. Really liked them at first until they made billing errors and blamed us. Harassed me weekly. State of Michigan stepped in, investigated and showed them their mistake and let them know they can not hold me responsible. I have all that paper work from SOM. Proof this is not hear say. Emails from therapist saying they would no longer see my daughter because they are pissed off that they made the mistake and I refuse to pay for it. Most people take careers they have passion for, this would be helping people. She just prooved herself to only care about herself not about her clients. Have emails showing this also. Want to go to news 8 investigates just in case others have had this issue. Issues only started with billing errors after they hired new office personal. That women is something else. Mapleview should do better reference checks when hiring and not hold against their clients when their own staff is making the mistakes. So sickened over this place. Anyone that has received bills from there, really need to look into them. More then likely client w ont actually be responsible.
