This man works for DSHS and is in charge of your psych eval. He does NOT listen to what you say, he puts down what he thinks you are saying. Make sure if he does your DSHS eval you get a copy after he has filed his paperwork. It is your RIGHT to see what he has said about you, and you have the RIGHT to add an ADDENDUM to his evaluation to make sure it is understood what YOU told him. It is almost always not what he put in his official DSHS report.
