From the first phone call down to the last visit. The girls (and boy) were always so nice and caring to me and my particular problems. They also don't dress up like nurses and doctors, and business casual makes you feel more like you're among friends . Dr. Billiot is ABSOLUTELY amazing at what she does, I wish we could clone her.
