Very few of my questions were answered, which is unacceptable. I went there for information and got very little. At first, they started to listen to my perspective, but quickly downplayed it. I didn't really feel like they cared about what I was saying. They take for ever getting things done. You can never get a hold of them when you call and you never get called back. when you go in to see someone you better not plan anything because you sit in the waiting room pretty much all DAY. Just to drop off a paper your going to wait almost 2 hours. They didn't go out of their way though. They really need to work on improving their professional reputation. I for sure didn't feel very welcome by the staff. I felt like I was in their way!
