Therapist couldn't distinguish her text book diagnosis from the patient sitting in front of her (in other words the book definition was infallible, based on her training that predicts particular interpretations of her patients behaviors, thoughts/beliefs, and the validity of that interpretation, (infallible), patients don't stand a chance to get needs met when the Dr cannot let go of her book training/text book diagnosis (regardless of the truth of it in the present circumstances...).
