They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They answered all of my questions, so I did feel like I learned a lot during the session. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
