Awesome is all that can come to mind. Always open discussions and helps you work out things at your pace and in ways you are comfortable with but never makes promises that she can fix the world. Waiting area is small but there are only a few providers and the way they schedule there was enough seating and yet you were not usually in the waiting area long. Quiet music and simply press a button to let your provider know your out there.
