Two of my children participated in the BSI AARTS program due to issues prior to adoption. Two other children of mine have utilized mobile therapy services thru BSI. As a result, we have worked with many staff workers since 2011 til present. Everyone has been polite, understanding, comforting, and has gone above and beyond for the kids they counsel. Always supportive to child and parents. Never judgemental or arrogant. They encourage parental involvement when it is supportive to the child. Their client is always first. I give them high marks and have recommended them to other families. From secretaries to counselors to case managers and case evaluators, all have been terrific!

BSI is supposed to deal with children who experienced trauma. They were aggressive, and rude and belittled myself and my daughter.
