they were located in a safe neighborhood, parking was a hassle. I didn't care much for the therapist: opinionated, didn't feel he addressed my main concerns, never called back once we terminated therapy to inquire why. Felt on the defensive, even though I had legitimate questions I was asking. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. . I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
