When comparing her to others I have visited for the same condition, she was among the best I have seen. She went out of her way to make me feel respected and my pet well cared for. Every time I saw her she always remembered me by name and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. She is very thoughtful and always treated my pets in a kind and friendly manner. She has always made an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr Leppin Van Tassel has moved her practice from Palatine to Woodridge, and I will miss the care she has provided my pets for many years.
