I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their staff was so warm and welcoming, and made me and my pet feel right at home.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
