I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I loved that they thoroughly explained the risks and benefits of my pet's treatment. I felt much less nervous about starting my pet's treatment, when I knew what to expect.
