Everyone from the minute I walked through the door was amazing. All of the staff were kind, and compassionate, and were very attentive to the need of my pet, as well as helping me to understand what was going on with him. They were very thorough, presented me with the best care plan for Sparky, and explained everything they were recommending and why they were recommending it. Overall a great experience. The technicians were very kind and knowledgeable, and the doctors even sat on the floor with Sparky so he was more comfortable with him. I would recommend this place to everyone. They saved my dog's life.

I was amazed that their staff could be so rude. They treated me and my pet like dirt. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I couldn't believe how awful they were. They were by far the worst veterinarian I've ever seen, and I think they're the worst veterinarian around. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They were probably the rudest veterinarian I've ever met. I couldn't believe they could get away with treating people like that.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
