It took four months to get on their calendar for a wellness exam & five to have a lump
removed. Being new to the area with two new patients maybe I was expecting too much. So I waited for my girls first appointment. When the veterinarian finally comes in for our first visit, she gives the girls their shots. No introduction, no exam. Not even to look at the lump I had requested to be removed. The receptionist no help either. Day of surgery, my little girl is wisked out of my hands & door slammed in my face. Four hours later I call for information & have to leave a message, no call back. Finally I call & am told to pick her up. Well, still no vet, no answers, given the bill & a piece of paper. Very cold, unprofessional office.

After being upset that Dr. Mott cancelled my vet appointment for my cat 1 1/2 hour prior to my appointment after waiting a week to get in., I expressed my disappointment since the cat was very sick and only weighing 3 lbs. I was then asked to bring her in the next am. They would not open 15 min. earlier to allow me to get to work on time and ended up charging me a hospitalization fee for having to leave her there. I expressed my disappointment and just ended up paying 160.00 for the bill. After 2 weeks of trying the medication, my cat was quickly dying, I called to have her euthanized, and Dr. Mott refused to do this. This is about as heartless as a vet can get. I STILL LOVE ANNA!
However, I am looking forward to meeting my new compassionate vet in Berlin. Things do happen for a reason.
