Dr. Thompson helps make the world a better place as the president and hands-on veterinarian for CARMA, Compassionate Animal Rescue for Medical Aid, founded by veterinary professionals. The organization rescues sick or injured animals, provides them with necessary medical care, and places them into caring homes if needed. She volunteers all of her time, so all money raised by charitable donations goes towards the animals they rescue.

She is an extremely skillful, compassionate doctor, and we wouldn't take our two rescue cats to any other facility. We are so grateful Gabriel and Percy are treated by such an outstanding veterinarian.
