The service is TERRIBLE, the doctor never talks to you, it is always the receptionist who says what the doctor said, who literally tells you absolutely nothing, in my experience, after having taken my dog to an emergency room where through An ultrasound had a diagnosis and his abdomen was distended, I decided to take my dog to this veterinarian for follow-up, for 2 years my dog the only thing this veterinarian did were blood tests and he was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and infection, every 3 weeks I did a single blood test instead of doing all the necessary tests, my dog was constipated and he never prescribed anything and the worst of all is that I always asked him about the Cushing's test and he never did the test apart from who charged me $400 to $500 every 3 weeks without giving me an answer, an explanation or a diagnosis, on the other hand I asked for my dog's record on several occasions and they always told me that the doctor had to authorize, I don't understand why the doctor never spoke with me apart from the fact that I was never in the office. Finally my dog died and the doctor never did the Cushing's test, I never knew my dog's condition and they never gave me my dog's record. Sadly, this doctor only cares about money, here they have no love for animals and I can assure you that they never did blood tests and charged me thousands of dollars so that my dog finally died. Many people warned me not to take my dog to this vet because every dog that touches this clinic ends up dead and that is indeed what happened. What I loved most died, my friend, my confidant, who gave joy to my days, who accompanied me 100% in my process of depression, who took me out of my condition of depression, today I cry for the departure of my dog but that God will take care of all this.
