Their entire staff has shown genuine care and concern for my dogs, it is so obvious that they LOVE animals! They truly care about my babies and it shows every visit! They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better for me and my dogs. They are so thorough and answer all of my questions! Theay are always available to when I have additional questions that I think of later! They give a printed report of their visits which includes further instructions and due dates for upcoming shots, exams, etc. This is so awesome! They help me file my insurance claims. I love that they give me all options available for my dogs' health and welfare. One of my dogs is 15 1/2 years old! He is exceptionally healthy and I have Dr. Thayer's office to thank for that! They have kept a close eye on him and helped me with his diet etc. to keep him going strong! I also love that they do grooming on site and kennels. I can get a lot done in one visit! I wish I had found them sooner, a couple of my dogs have had anxieties at previous vets, but not here! They are easy to find and easy to get to. Their facility is awesome, set up to make every visit go smoothly! I thank them all for taking such great care of all of my pups!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how clean their entire facility was. It was obvious that it was cleaned at least once every day. I'm thrilled with how my appointment went. My pet was able to recover quickly under their care.
