I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. It felt like they really cared about both of us. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
