So disappointed in this hospital. Closed during CoVid19. I understand their reasoning, but I think some safe options could’ve been developed to insure the safety of employees and clients. Other hospitals were able to stay open and offer good veterinarian care. I can see not continuing annual exams until further notice. But when you put your trust in a vet, they have the history of the pets health, that’s who you want to care for your pet when there is a crisis with their health. My dog had a suspicious mass on his rear. After going to a critical care hospital, we were told the next step was to contact our primary vet to perform a biopsy. I emailed this group to get referral for help, as they said they were checking their email daily. I have still not heard from anyone. In the meantime, I found a primary vet clinic that was able to do the biopsy and take great care of my dog. I will be switching to this clinic. Stage Road is the largest most technically up to date vet in this area. Up until this experience I really had no complaints. But the temporary closing and lack of communication has really been a disappointment.

It is the best place I have took my dogs, and I have 3, the employees are so loving and caring, all the DRs are very good. I want take my animals anywhere else..............
