I have 4 dogs and three cats and spend an average of $200 a week here. Not a bad vet (janacek) but horrible bed side manner. I brought my 16 year old baby there after she had coughed up a rock then passed out and lost all bodily functions - I considered this an emergency - but the Dr decided (without looking at her) that all 5 of the other dogs that came in before and after me were more important than my dog. My baby was stable then, so I walked out and took her to another vet. This vet clinic used to be great - but the staff and Dr are clearly overworked and have lost all capacity to care about their patients.

Love this vet. Takes the time to explain everything you need to know about your pets issues. Answers all your questions .
Does not rush you out the door. Has helped me a lot.
I have been to a few vets & I have not been happy .
I did visit them often enough to know they were not the vet for my dogs.
