There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They are by far the most respectful, courteous veterinarian I've ever met. I never saw their diplomas or credentials anywhere. It seemed suspicious that they wouldn't have them displayed. They almost never answer any of my questions over the phone. Most of the time, they make me drive all the way down there for an appointment.
